GENERAL
Ordering products from Shadowsnake.com is in accordance with e-commerce guidelines within the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom. The buyer will be responsible for any taxes charged in the country of residence.
REFUNDS AND QUALITY CONTROL
Ordering the right product and amount is the responsibility of the buyer, therefore we do not refund any payments made in respect to any change of choice once the order has been completed in the check out area.
Our products are developed according to the highest aesthetic and industry standards, but should there be any damage or defect upon arrival, or the products are not what you ordered, a replacement will be shipped to you, provided that you notify Shadowsnake.com of the problem via email and the products are returned to Shadowsnake.com within 30 days of delivery.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Upon receipt of payment items will be fulfilled with immediate effect as far as available stock allows. Average shipping time is between 5-10 days. Pre-orders take longer as stock needs to be ordered from the manufacturers.
Should there be any delays, notification will be sent out.
